2024 Uganda National Motocross Champions: A Year of Excellence πŸπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¬

As the dust settles on the 2024 Uganda National Motocross Championship, we are filled with immense pride and gratitude. The journey through all eight thrilling rounds of the championship has been a testament to the incredible talent and determination of our riders, as well as the unwavering support from our partners and stakeholders. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Government of Uganda, the National Council of Sports (NCS), Mountain Dew, Shell Advance, LATO Milk, World Wide Movers and all others sponsors, who have been instrumental in making this year’s championship a resounding success.

This year has seen fierce competition, remarkable displays of skill, and a growing passion for motocross across Uganda. From the youngest riders in the Mx50 class to the veterans who have been racing for decades, every participant has contributed to the exciting atmosphere and high standards of the event.

With great pleasure, we now introduce to you the 2024 Uganda National Motocross Champions:

Mx50Jr – Avisha Ellis Laboke

Avisha Ellis Laboke – Mx50Jr 2024 Champion

The future of Ugandan motocross is bright with young talents like Avisha Ellis Laboke. This young rider has demonstrated remarkable consistency and skill to claim the Mx50Jr championship title in 2024.

Mx50Jr Ladies – Ariella Katende

Ariella Katende – Mx50Jr Ladies 2024 Champion

Ariella Katende has shown impressive prowess in the Mx50Jr Ladies category, securing the title with her determination and competitive spirit. She continues to inspire young female riders in Uganda.

Mx50 – Jude Kyle Musede (Defending Champion)

Jude Kyle Musede continues to dominate the Mx50 class, successfully defending his title in 2024. His focus and technique on the track make him a true force to be reckoned with.

Mx50 Ladies – Hellena Ainomugisha Birungi

Hellena Ainomugisha Birungi is our new Mx50 Ladies champion. Her dedication and speed have set her apart, and her victory is a testament to the growing strength of female competitors in Ugandan motocross.

Mx65 – Jonathan Katende (Defending Champion)

Jonathan Katende – Mx65 2024 Champion

Jonathan Katende has once again proven his mastery of the Mx65 class, securing a second consecutive victory. His skill and consistency have earned him the title of 2024 Mx65 champion.

Mx65 Ladies – Rahma Kimera

Rahma Kimera has earned her place as the 2024 Mx65 Ladies champion. Her fierce competition and resilience have set a new standard for the ladies in this category.

Mx85/Lites – Jerome Mubiru

Jerome Mubiru has claimed the Mx85/Lites championship, proving that hard work and determination lead to success. His performance this year has been nothing short of exceptional.

Mx85 Ladies – Agness Nakanwagi

In the Mx85 Ladies category, Agness Nakanwagi has emerged victorious, showcasing great talent and determination to secure her spot at the top.

Mx125 – Malcolm Tabula Gift Sebuguzi

Malcolm Tabula Gift Sebuguzi – Mx125 2024 Champion

Malcolm Tabula Gift Sebuguzi has taken home the Mx125 championship in a highly competitive field. His performance has been a display of excellent technique and skill, making him one of Uganda’s top motocross riders.

Mx125 Ladies – Shamirah Katete

Shamirah Katete has triumphed in the Mx125 Ladies category, showing incredible talent and sportsmanship throughout the season. Her success continues to inspire future female riders in Uganda.

Mx2 – Waleed Ali Omar

Waleed Ali Omar has claimed the Mx2 title in 2024. His consistency and strong performances throughout the rounds have solidified his position as one of the top riders in the country.

Mx2 Ladies – Sharifah Katete

Sharifah Katete – Mx2 Ladies 2024 Champion

Sharifah Katete has risen to the top of the Mx2 Ladies class, becoming the 2024 champion. Her dedication and determination have earned her the well-deserved title.

Mx1 – Ismail Mukiibi (Defending Champion)

Mx Vets – Geoffrey Kayira (Defending Champion)

Geoffrey Kayira has shown that age is no barrier to success, retaining his Mx Vets championship title for 2024. His experience and skill continue to set the bar for riders in the veterans’ category.

Mx Vets Ladies – Rose Deedan

Rose Deedan – Mx Vets Ladies 2024 Champion

Rose Deedan has been a shining example of resilience and excellence in the Mx Vets Ladies category. Her victory in 2024 proves that the love for motocross knows no age limits.

Mx Masters – Andrea Marinelli

Andrea Marinelli has proven his mastery of the sport, winning the Mx Masters championship title. His experience and technical knowledge make him a true champion in the sport.
