Away from motorsport, Sharif and Waldah are owners of and are recognized as URA licensed tax agents, accredited EFRIS integrators, and CPAs. In simple terms, these are people trusted with serious financial matters, compliance systems, and Trademate Company keeping businesses in order. So if they can survive deadlines, audits, tax returns, and confused clients, a rally stage may actually feel relaxing.

By weekday, they deal with figures, filings, reconciliations, and invoices. By weekend, they deal with pace notes, dust clouds, tyre choices, and corners arriving too fast. Most people fear URA calls these two answer them professionally, then go race a Toyota Runx for fun.

Sharif Muyanja is calm, disciplined, and composed, the kind of man who probably checks fuel figures like tax records. But once the helmet is on, he becomes a determined competitor. Alongside him is Waldah Mugaga wife, co-driver, business partner, and likely head of compliance in the cockpit. Their teamwork is already proven in business, and now it transfers into motorsport.
